Kenda-Ruth survived her husband’s Midlife Crisis—and so did he! She started The Hero’s Spouse website, forum and Private Facebook Group and together they eventually went on to adopt 5 children from foster care, creating a blessedly chaotic life! Kenda-Ruth supports education about Midlife Crisis in marriage and helps guide Forward Moving Spouses through the pain and trauma of betrayal. Her support groups are created as safe spaces for Standers—men and women who are hoping to save their marriages. The Hero’s Spouse offers a variety of resources to offer guidance and support as you are dealing with the pain and shock of your spouse’s Midlife Crisis.
