An Apology from one LBS Husband on behalf of all men to the Discarded Wives in Pain Everywhere
This short little episode today is packed full with HEART, EMPATHY AND LOVE - something most wives DO NOT GET at bomb drop, nor do husbands when their wives drop a bomb on them! Today Trina reads a letter from a husband who experienced sudden discard by his wife of 22 years, but as heart broken, emotionally and financially devastated HE is...he took the time to write in because it broke his heart to hear some of the stories by the women on this show. He gets it. He lived it too. He feels their pain, just like we all do! PAIN HAS NO GENDER! That is exactly the purpose of community, here and on the many other platforms available to us. COMMUNITY. Sort of like the Cheers song...where everyone knows your name...but with MLC it's where everyone knows your PAIN. COMMUNITY. HEART. EMPATHY. It still exists. Thank you to this husband who apologizes on behalf of all men, we truly thank you for acknowledging that this is anything but normal, anything but acceptable. We Feel Heard.
